What Does This Sound Healing Work Entail?

My Approach to Sound Healing

I primarily work with crystal singing bowls and my voice to create an immersive, transformative soundscape. The bowls are played as a drone to accompany my voice—a technique that helps “soften the mind,” easing you out of ordinary active mental states into deeper receptivity.

The voice plays another vital role in this work. I use it intuitively to sense energetic blocks and help restore the flow of stuck energy. While this may feel difficult to articulate, the experience is deeply impactful. For me, it feels similar to the principles of Reiki, though working with sound has proven to be a far more potent medium in my practice.

The Power of Group Energy

I especially enjoy working with groups, as collective energy amplifies the effects of sound healing. Each session begins with simple activities to bring the group into alignment and activate the shared flow of energy. These might include introductions and group toning, which can be incredibly opening and empowering. It’s amazing how something as simple as introducing yourself and using your voice to move energy can shift the group dynamic into harmony.
